Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port
We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port to support warehouse and logistics operations at a port-based facility in Baltimore, MD (21230). This is a full-time, morning-shift, 6-month contracted position with competitive, negotiable pay.
The Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port will oversee daily equipment and materials flow, ensure accurate inventory tracking, and support project and operations teams in a structured, safety-focused environment.
Job Details
- Title: Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port
- Location: Baltimore, MD 21230 (Port location)
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Shift: Morning shift, Monday–Friday 7am - 3:30pm
- Pay: Starting at $22/hour (open to negotiation)
- Duration: 6-month contract assignment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities supporting equipment and materials
- Oversee shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory accuracy
- Track materials and equipment movement to support project timelines
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
- Inspect equipment and maintain an organized warehouse environment
- Follow safety, quality, and organizational standards
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
As a Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port, this role combines hands-on work with operational coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or depot operations
- Background in inventory tracking and material handling
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Comfortable in industrial, marine, or port-adjacent environments
- Safety-minded, organized, and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation to a port facility
