We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port to support warehouse and logistics operations at a port-based facility in Baltimore, MD (21230). This is a full-time, morning-shift, 6-month contracted position with competitive, negotiable pay.

The Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port will oversee daily equipment and materials flow, ensure accurate inventory tracking, and support project and operations teams in a structured, safety-focused environment.

Job Details
  • Title: Warehouse Coordinator – Baltimore Port
  • Location: Baltimore, MD 21230 (Port location)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Shift: Morning shift, Monday–Friday 7am - 3:30pm
  • Pay: Starting at $22/hour (open to negotiation)
  • Duration: 6-month contract assignment
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities supporting equipment and materials
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory accuracy
  • Track materials and equipment movement to support project timelines
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
  • Inspect equipment and maintain an organized warehouse environment
  • Follow safety, quality, and organizational standards
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or depot operations
  • Background in inventory tracking and material handling
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation to a port facility
