Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key leader in large-scale, high-profile builds, ensuring success from concept to completion. Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage ground-up construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards.
  • Proactively manage project risks, solve problems, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed on-site.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and ensure the successful handoff of projects to operations.

Senior Project Manager Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaboration among teams.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
