We’re looking for a Sales & Production Associate who enjoys staying active, working with people, and contributing to a meaningful cause. What you’ll do:Welcome and assist customers, helping them find what they need. Operate the register and handle transactions with accuracy. Sort and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Keep racks organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Support daily production goals and help keep the team on track. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Follow merchandising standards (sizing, color coordination, displays, etc.)Pitch in wherever needed—teamwork is key! What we’re looking for:A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset. Someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. Team player who can also work independently. Comfortable using equipment and handling inventory responsibly. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. What the job is like:This is a hands-on, active role—you’ll be on your feet, moving around, lifting, organizing, and helping customers throughout your shift. If you like staying busy and engaged, this is a great fit. Standing/walking for extended periods. Reaching, bending, and lifting (up to 55 lbs)Keeping the store clean and well-maintained.
