Experienced litigation paralegal in the DC area! Do not miss this opportunity. This role involves supporting attorneys through all phases of complex federal litigation and administrative proceedings, assisting with government investigations, and reviewing new regulations. Background:

  • Strong understanding of federal court procedures, experience managing discovery and electronic filings, and an interest in regulatory and administrative law and new regulations
  • Format, proofread, and cite check legal filings (pleadings, motions, briefs, appendices, proposed orders)
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Organize exhibits and supplemental filings
  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate is preferred
