Job Title: Transportation Department Supervisor

Pay: $19 - $21 per hour

Location: Harford Facility 1015 Pulaski Hwy, Joppa, MD

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers within the Transportation Department.
  • Staff the department, including the selection and supervision of employees.
  • Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department.
  • Handle transportation calls and inquiries.
  • Attend meetings as necessary.
  • Model appropriate driving skills to other drivers.
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations.
  • Work independently when needed.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Team player with a commitment to confidentiality and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Calm and decisive in crisis situations.

Employment Information: Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our responsibility to ensure client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.
