Job Title: Transportation Department Supervisor
Pay: $19 - $21 per hour
Location: Harford Facility 1015 Pulaski Hwy, Joppa, MD
Responsibilities:
- Oversee orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers within the Transportation Department.
- Staff the department, including the selection and supervision of employees.
- Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department.
- Handle transportation calls and inquiries.
- Attend meetings as necessary.
- Model appropriate driving skills to other drivers.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Work independently when needed.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Team player with a commitment to confidentiality and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal relationships.
- Calm and decisive in crisis situations.
Employment Information: Due to the nature of behavioral healthcare work and our responsibility to ensure client safety, candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.
